Over time, she transitioned to representing insurance companies in a wide array of cases, including wrongful death, premises liability, negligent security, breach of contract, bodily injury, homeowner, and coverage disputes. Her extensive experience covers areas such as bodily injury, negligence claims, contractual disputes, and insurance litigation.

Rafael A. Diaz, a Colombian native who has called South Florida home since his teenage years, is the Managing Attorney and founder of Salvation Legal. Rafael’s journey in the legal field has been marked by a deep commitment to serving people and prioritizing their needs over mere profit.

With a career spanning over a decade, Rafael brings a wealth of experience as a litigator in both state and federal courts. His expertise covers various areas of law, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, personal injury litigation, probate litigation, and estate planning.

In 2020, Rafael experienced a profound personal and professional transformation. Instead of chasing the big law firm path, he felt a calling to use his extensive legal background to serve individuals and communities.

Rafael’s dedication revolves around achieving successful outcomes through ethical means, providing clear and comprehensible explanations of the law, and fiercely advocating for his clients. In his leisure moments, Rafael finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, son, and their two canine companions, Captain and Duke. He’s also an enthusiastic football fan, loyal to the Dolphins and the Noles, even when they break his heart.
